  Walk-in clinic....nope. You better make an appointment, but even if you make an appointment, don't count on anyone being there or on time. Been trying to get the second step of a simple immunization for weeks. I've been in three times, waited almost two hours the first time because staff just didn't show up that morning. The whole situation was entirely bizzare and it felt like the PA was clueless as to what was going on. Other two times I made the trip to walk-in but nobody was there. Couldn't be seen. This was NOT during lunch hours. I checked the website before going in and there was nothing posted or noted that they were closed during their posted business hours. Tried calling the clinic this time to make sure someone was there - but you can't actually call the clinic, you are re-directed to an advocate call center. I will never, ever, use this clinic again. Horrible.
